Process for the order:

The client sends us the chair you want the slipcover of the chair.

It makes a pattern as.

The client is sent to the pattern shown for the confirmation (free of charge).

Once you have the ok from the client, make up the rest of the slipcovers of a chair and the client is sent your order next to the chair for the test.
