The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise in the provision of products or services subject to these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the user.

In the event that the user reside outside of Spain, the provider and the user, expressly waive any other forum, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the OWNER OF THE WEBSITE.
