DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipments·

  • The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.·
  • By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of supedido in Rafi Textile.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither exit nor delivery of orders.·
  • However, its delay does not imply or nullification of the order or any compensation.·
  • An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages and the customer signs the delivery receipt document.·

Return policy and cancellations-

Return of orders·

  • Our policy, complying with the current regulations, is to grant the right to return any item purchased on Rafi Textile in the term of 7 days from the date of receipt.·
  • You will not have to provide any explanation, any article purchased in Rafi Textile, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted.·
  • In a maximum period of 10 days of the receipt of the return, Rafi Textile is committed to your refund.·
  • Before you make the repayment, you will need to contact the customer Care department.·
  • If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what requested in the order, Rafi Textile will bear the expenses of return and new shipment.
  • If the reason for return is that the request is not satisfied, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or the return postage.

 

Order cancellation:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before departure of goods the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping as well as the cost of the return of this same order.

Transport

Packages are generally sent in 48 hours after reception of your payment except some items whose delivery time will be approximately 15 days from the receipt of your payment. Anyway, if you need to know some term of delivery, please do not hesitate to contact with us. Fashion is the standard expédition Colissimo followed, delivered without a signature. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional charge, thanks to contact with us. Whatever the method of shipping selected, we will submit as soon as possible a link that allows you to track the online submission of your package.Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. The packages are large in size and are protected.

Take advantage to make their purchases in Rafi Textile without paying the shipping costs. If you place an order to deliver in any point of Mainland Spain and the amount of your purchase is greater than€ 100, the shipping will be free.

You can benefit from this advantage with the purchase of any product from our store with orders over 100€.

The shipping costs will be itemized on the full price.

 

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The client guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided to complete the forms of contract, avoiding the causation of harm to the company product of the incorrectness of the same.

 

The client shall pay the price of the purchased products, without the filing of a complaint with him to exempt him from this obligation.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contracting of services or products are governed by Spanish law.

 

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of the present conditions, the Courts and tribunals which, in his case, will know about the matter, will be those that there arranges the legal applicable regulation.

 

In the case of a sale made by a company, both parts surrender,with resignation it expresses to any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).”
